We are not a replacement for your internal purchasing organization. We ARE good at source identification research. No, we probably don’t know your industry, but we are good at research. 

One does not have to bear a litter of pigs to know how to raise them successfully. We are good at finding reliable and stable suppliers, with whom you can establish a good business relationship with mutual trust and understanding. Our Experience at finding partners goes back over two decades. 

We are also good at finding the relevant laws and regulations, to keep you out of jail, and to expedite the process. 

Acting as principals or finding agents.

While it is not our specialty, we can use common business sense, to assist you in several areas that might be appreciated, particularly by a foreign entity. Anonymity is a powerful cost reducing tool. We are told it can reduce costs by 10 to 30%. 

We can locate sources for materials, parts, or finished products, and negotiate with them to your specs, only identifying you after a successful tender is complete. 

We can do Purchasing Research and Value analysis, Quality Assurance, Follow up and Expediting, and generally act on your behalf if physical distance or other reasons dictate a need for some form of agent. Or, we can find someone to act as your agent.
